The
Silver Maintenance Contract is a basic entry level package providing a
quarterly service booked in advance. The visit occurs around the same date every third month, checking livestock, water levels and adding chemicals and or treatment as required. The aquarium is then cleaned and decor replenished if necessary to maintain maximum visual appeal.
All electrics are checked and tested. Any
parts found worn or faulty are replaced free of charge. This extends beyond the standard 12 month guarantee from when the tank is purchased.
Additional callout is charged at a reduced rate of £50 plus VAT. An engineer is sent on site within 24-72 hours, depending on the urgency of the matter.
Livestock can be pre ordered and supplied on a monthly visit at a discounted price.
