The
Platinum Maintenance Contract provides a
monthly service booked in advance. The visit occurs around the same date each month, checking livestock, water levels and adding chemicals and or treatment as required. The aquarium is then cleaned and decor replenished if necessary to maintain maximum visual appeal.
All electrics are checked and tested monthly. Any
parts found worn or faulty are replaced free of charge. This extends beyond the standard 12 month guarantee from when the tank is purchased.
The Platinum package includes
unlimited free callout (Mon-Fri) giving the customer comprehensive cover. An engineer is sent on site within 24-72 hours, depending on the urgency of the matter.
Livestock can be pre ordered and supplied on a monthly visit at a discounted price.
